Judging
of eligible entries will give equal weight to: popularity (votes cast

response (interest, emotion, excitement). Winners will be announced on
September 9, 2016.
Entries and votes will be accepted
now until Wednesday, August 31 11:59 p.m. CST (that's AEST 1st Sep 2:59
p.m.). Limit one entry per email address. Limit one vote per person per
day. Judging will occur Sept 1-8 and winners will be announced September
