How to Purchase and Download Digital Artwork
Ready to create your own digital layouts? It’s simple to purchase and download new Creative Memories Digital Artwork.
To download your Digital Artwork purchase, go to My Account then My Downloadable Products.
You will see a list of all of your digital purchases and you can click the blue .zip file to download.
On a PC, after the .zip link downloads, right click the .zip file and choose “Extract All.”
On a Mac, after the .zip link downloads, double-click the.zip file and it will extract the files.
Once your .zip folder has been opened or extracted, you can add your
JPG or PNG files into the scrapbook software of your choice.
You can purchase both digital and physical products at the same time.
Make sure that you are friends with us on Facebook and signed up for our newsletter to get the latest updates about future Digital Artwork releases! Beginning in January, new Digital Artwork will be included in our regular product launches.
